Create a lockout period so when a Customer signs up they are not added to the upcoming box but the one after that. This is important for better preparation and planning.

Would you mind clarifying a bit what do you mean when you say lockout period? Can you given us an example or the use case?
This sounds like a regular cut-off date functionality which is already applicable to our monthly or quarterly products.
