It would be really useful to be able to add notes within a customer's order. Using tags only works for customers not their specific order.
Yes yes yes! When we ship out custom items we ask distribution team to note down what was sent in case of any duplicates and/or customer issues. Having notes not available is a kicker for us.
Just to make things clear here.. are we talking about adding notes to the actual order that was fetched into Shipstation and that will ultimately be printed on the shipping label?
Thing is, there is already ''notes'' section within the customer's profile on Subbly admin...
