I was following you up until the retention Calculation
@Mobile Roadside: :DDD sorry... if, for example, your churn rate is 10%, that would mean that your retention rate is 100%-10%=90%.. and churn rate is already calculated on our dashboard.
A report that shows how many subscriptions have renewed since the inception versus how many of canceled to give you a retention percentage
@Mobile Roadside: Hey Josiah, isn't this the same as the churn rate % on the admin? It shows the percentage of people who cancelled compared to number of sign ups.
Keeping that in mind, retention rate should be = 1 - churn rate
Does this make sense?
