Possibility for the customers to switch the product inside their subscription without having to unsubscribe from the current product and resubscribe to another product.
As explained in my comment above, it's already possible to do so.
Refer to the help articles for more info on how you can do this or contact support for additional clarity on this.
Hey everyone, especially @Steve Smith and @Daniel Lee, we already introduced this possibility for our merchants.
If you go into any specific customer profile on your Subbly admin, you can click on the existing subscription plan that customer is on and change his subscription plan. Change will take effect from the next billing period.
Also, please note that you're able to switch customers only between those plans that currently have people subscribed to them (you can't create a new plan and switch the customer to that plan, because 0 subs are currently on the newly created plan).
Finally, we didn't give your customers opportunity to do this straight from their customer portal but it might be something that we will consider in the future. I guess that this solves it for you?
@Andrija Krstic: Will it keep the information from their survey linked to the new subscription?
Please do this.. I have three different themed boxes. Sometimes customers want to switch or upgrade to a different box. right now I have to tell them to cancel their subscription and resubscribe to the new box. Kind of a pain for them. It would be nice to have a feature in their account where they can easily switch to the new box and it doesn't disrupt their billing etc.
@Steve Smith: Yes this is the same case with me. Subbly- Please implement this feature for us.
