Add Monthly Recurring Revenue to Analytics
Arguably the most important metric for any subscription business. This would help me estimate how much money I can expect to come in next month. (Because so many of my subscribers are choosing annual payment instead of monthly)
Non-Physical, Digital, Service and Content Based Products
No shipping address would be required and no shipment order would be required.
Upgrading/downgrading/changing subscription plans by a customer from within customer portal
Allow for customers to control the level of their subscription via the customer log-in panel. Currently admin can do this, but giving the customer control of their account may be a better way to increase retention and decrease churn.
Limit quantity of products in store
Ability to limit quantity of products currently available. Adding ''out of stock'' option for selected products.
Add cancellation reason and cancellation date fields on the CSV export
When exporting the cancellation report please can it include the date the cancellation was made and the reason for the cancellation (if the customer has provided one). At present this information is displayed in Subbly but not in the CSV export. It would be very useful to include this information for additional analysis of cancellations.
Add To My Next Shipment
Similar to Dollar Shave Club: the ability for a customer to add a onetime product to the next recurring shipment/billing date.
Make custom referral links accessible in MailChimp
It would be incredible for everyone's "referral link" to sync to their contact in a column in MailChimp. This would allow us to use merge tags to include the unique link in branded emails to our subscribers. (Kind of like how the Skimm or Morning Brew send their emails) Ultimately, this could be a game-changer for sales!
Choose which columns are being exported in the CSV
I would like to be able to select which columns (products, renewal dates, names, etc) when I export CSVs. Currently the only export I see is to export everything.
Give subscribers the ability to pause for more than two billing periods
Give subscribers the ability to pause more than two times. Although not ideal, skipping more than 2 times is better than having the subscriber cancel their subscription.
