Change emails from Subbly's green background to a neutral background
If we don't have the ability to edit the color and style of the Subbly emails that are sent to new customers, the background should at least be a neutral color (white, gray) so it doesn't interfere with any brands' branding and colors. (Our brand would never use that color green and it's a bad first impression.)
Ability to add different Up-Sell Products to different Subscriptions
I'd like the ability to have different Up-Sell Products applied to different Subscriptions. This would allow me to target particular customers with products specific to their interests. This could bring in significantly more money to our company -and- Subbly.
Upgrading/downgrading/changing subscription plans by a customer from within customer portal
Allow for customers to control the level of their subscription via the customer log-in panel. Currently admin can do this, but giving the customer control of their account may be a better way to increase retention and decrease churn.
Master Email Template
Create the ability to specify a master email template that includes a logo and border frame etc so we can define the look and feel of all emails that go out.
Where we offer other products besides our sub box, it would be really handy to set a figure for “combined” shipping like Etsy does. E.g. the cost for shipping a paintbrush could be set at 1.50 normally, but if combined with other items, I would set something like 0.20 or free. I know we can set a maximum shipping figure per cart, but this doesn’t help. E.g. maximum for a cart with 5 paintbrushes should be 1.50 (instead of 5 x 1.50), but maximum for a cart with one book and one paintbrush would be much higher.

Ability for the merchant to choose which notification emails about store is he/she receiving
Currently, we can either receive all notification emails (signups, charged, orders shipped) or none - there is no in between. We also cannot get notification emails when a customer alters their preferences or changes their information (stuff that may be rare but important to be aware of). Please create the functionality that allows us to pick which sorts of events we want to receive notification emails for
