BUG: Mailchimp integration only shares the customer email
The integration ignores First and last name forcing me to reupload the list of customer manually to mailchimp.
BUG: Editing the name of question in a survey adds new column to the CSV report
If I rename or simply edit a question in the survey the CSV will put the results in a different column breaking the automatic processing of the CSV files. We use the survey to ask our customers what products they want for each delivery. Then we use the CSV to generate labels for the shipping as well reports for the production lab. having this information spread on multiple columns of my CSV file is making my work much much more difficult. Answer to the same question should always should appear in the same column. If I want a different question I create a new survey, I don't edit an existing survey.
MISSING FEATURE: Shipping-day-estimate in checkout should be optional.
There should be an option to disable the shipping day estimate at the end of checkout. For customers of local subscription services that handle the delivery directly that info can be very misleading. Our deliveries are based on a calendar organized by zip codes. I don't expect Subbly to recreate our calendars, but need to disable the shipping estimate at the end of the checkout. See attached picture (a customer added the question mark!)
Recurring payment for refer-a-friend campaign
It would be cool to have a refer-a-friend campaign where the referrer can get a recurring payment for as long as the referee stays a subscriber
Spread Payments for quarterly and bi monthly subscriptions
As a box which is over £35 we have been hearing from customers who would prefer to spread the cost of any quarterly or bi monthly subscriptions so that it doesn't seem like such a big chunk. Example Customer purchases quarterly Subscription at £39 and wishes to spread the cost over the 3 months at £13 per month
"Contine Shopping" or Back button on checkokut
Once a customer has entered the checkout flow, there's no easy way for them to get back without using browser back buttons. What if they landed in the checkout flow but aren't quite ready to commit yet? simplest solution would be for our store logo to link back to our homepage - store logo is showing in top left of checkout but is NOT a link. Can we add something so the customer can return to store, or a "continue shopping" button BEFORE they reach the thank you page of the checkout flow?
Taxes applicable only to specific products
Make some of the products exempt from taxes and handle the taxation for the products not only on the store level but on the level of individual products as well.
Much better flexibility in upsell options
It would be nice to have: different products upsell to different subscriptions ability to add a "free" product as an upsell. At the moment we are forced to put in a price - what if we want to offer a free gift with subscriptions but don't want to force it on every customer? flexible price on the upsell product based on the subscription tier or trial price the customer is paying. E.g. if cart total => $x, then upsell product price is $y.
Limit Coupons per product or per email
The ability to choose which items coupons are applied to is crucial. We offer a quarterly subscription, and a yearly subscription option. 25% off of a first quarterly box is very different than 25% off a yearly subscription. Same with a dollar amount. We cannot offer discounts of the same value for every product.
Links behind images in image slider
The image slider could be so much more useful if we could put a link behind each image. As it currently is, it’s just aesthetic - the images are not useful for anything because a user can’t click them and be directed somewhere based on the image. The ability to put a separate link to each image so the entire slider is clickable would help.
